A pair of Italian 1940s oval mirrors with dolphin detailing around the brass frame

A pair of Italian 1940s oval mirrors with dolphin detailing around the top and bottom of the brass frame. Also with brass scolloped detailing all around the inside edge of the frame. Both with orignal bevelled mirror plates, both have some spotted foxing across the mirror and one mirror has some darker foxing on the left hand side of the mirror - see last photo. This is consistent with age of the mirrors and both mirror plates could be easily replaced if desired.  There is also some Verdigris on the dolphins and again this can be polished up, but consistent with the age and patina of the piece.
