A large 1980s Avventurina Murano taupe coloured glass ball lamp with brass fittings

A large 1980s Avventurina Murano glass ball lamp in a soft taupe colour with bobble detail. Re wired with new brass fittings antique cord flex, switch and PAT tested. Dimensions listed are with the shade, the dimensions without the shade are 54cm high x 25cm diameter at base. 

Avventurina is the inclusion of metal elements such as copper, metallic silicone and other metal oxides within the glass making process, that give the glass a shimmering glitter look.
